Redefining Advisor Education in 3D

Financial training is usually a chore. We turned it into an immersive digital environment that stayed live for years, drove thousands of visits, and set the bar for internal platforms inside Sun Life Global Investments.

The Challenge

Advisors needed better ways to absorb and navigate content. Existing tools felt outdated and ineffective.

The solution

We built a browser-based 3D space that ran on anything. Advisors could explore on their own, access tools, and keep learning over time. The space stayed light but useful. Updates were easy to manage.

  • Browser-based 3D environment, no downloads required

  • Designed with calm, biophilic visuals for trust and professionalism

  • Structured content around exploration, not passive reading

  • Created zones for tools, learning modules, and thought leadership

My Role

  • Led product and UX design

  • Directed interface and 3D space design

  • Built workflows and tools for client-side scaling

  • Managed evolving tech and implementation

  • Managed client reviews and approvals

The Result

The platform launched fast and rolled out across B2B, retail, and events. It became a key product for the agency and helped position us as serious players in AI-driven brand work.

  • Over 21K visits and ~20 clicks per session

  • Became an ongoing platform updated over 2+ years

  • Recognized internally as a standout innovation

  • Strengthened advisor confidence and knowledge

My Take

This project proved the power of rethinking the container, not just the content. The format made all the difference. It looked better. It worked better.
